Uw 14-daagse herroepingsrecht
Als EU-consument kunt u uw bestelling binnen 14 dagen na ontvangst annuleren, zonder opgave van reden.
Hoe te herroepen — de herroepingsknop
Gebruik onze online herroepingsknop, te allen tijde beschikbaar op https://magiccleaner.nl/withdraw tijdens uw herroepingstermijn. Inloggen is niet vereist — voer uw bestelnummer en e-mailadres in, bekijk uw bestelling en bevestig met één klik. U ontvangt een automatische e-mail ter bevestiging dat wij uw verzoek hebben ontvangen (dit is nog geen beslissing over uw terugbetaling). Deze functie voldoet aan de vereisten van artikel 11a van de Richtlijn Consumentenrechten (EU-richtlijn 2023/2673), van kracht sinds 19 juni 2026. U kunt ook op een andere duidelijke schriftelijke verklaring herroepen via hello@magiccleaner.nl.
Wat er vervolgens gebeurt
Nadat u een herroepingsverzoek heeft ingediend, controleren wij de status van uw bestelling (bijv. of deze al is verzonden) en verwerken wij uw terugbetaling binnen 14 dagen na ontvangst van uw verzoek, of, indien eerder, zodra wij een bewijs van retourzending van de goederen hebben ontvangen.
Retourneren van de goederen
Retourneer goederen waar mogelijk in de originele verpakking. U bent verantwoordelijk voor de retourverzendkosten, tenzij wij u voor uw specifieke bestelling anders hebben meegedeeld. Wij kunnen een bedrag van uw terugbetaling aftrekken indien de goederen een behandeling vertonen die verder gaat dan nodig is om de aard en werking ervan vast te stellen.
Uitzonderingen
Het herroepingsrecht is niet van toepassing op verzegelde goederen die na levering zijn verzegeld en om gezondheids- of hygiënische redenen niet geschikt zijn voor retournering, voor zover toegestaan op grond van artikel 16 van de Richtlijn Consumentenrechten.

Your 14-day right of withdrawal
As an EU consumer you may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving any reason.
How to withdraw — the withdrawal button
Use our online withdrawal button, available at https://magiccleaner.nl/withdraw at all times during your withdrawal period. No login is required — enter your order number and email, review your order, and confirm with one click. You will receive an automatic email confirming that we have received your request (this is not yet a decision on your refund). This function meets the requirements of Article 11a of the Consumer Rights Directive (EU Directive 2023/2673), in force since 19 June 2026. You may alternatively withdraw by any other clear written statement to hello@magiccleaner.nl.
What happens next
After you submit a withdrawal request, we check the status of your order (e.g. whether it has already shipped) and process your refund within 14 days of receiving your request, or, if earlier, once we receive proof that you have returned the goods.
Returning the goods
Please return goods in their original packaging where possible. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless we have told you otherwise for your specific order. We may deduct an amount from your refund if the goods show handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature and function.
Exceptions
The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods that were unsealed after delivery and are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons, to the extent permitted by Article 16 of the Consumer Rights Directive.
